Welcome to PT. Glowin Beauty Technology. By using the booking services provided by PT. Glowin Beauty Technology, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using the services provided by PT. Glowin Teknologi.

1. Definitions

1. "Client" refers to individuals who use the services of PT. Glowin Beauty Technology to book beauty services.
2. "Service Provider" refers to professionals offering beauty services through PT. Glowin Beauty Technology.
3. "PT. Glowin Beauty Technology" refers to the company providing an online marketplace to facilitate beauty service bookings.

2. Scope of Services

1. PT. Glowin Beauty Technology provides an online marketplace to connect Clients with Service Providers.
2. PT. Glowin Beauty Technology is not responsible for the execution or quality of services provided by the Service Providers.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Client Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate personal information when booking through PT. Glowin Beauty Technology.
• Communicate any specific needs, allergies, or sensitivities to the Service Provider before the appointment.
• Attend the appointment on time and adhere to cancellation policies.
• Clients must be present or ready at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation without a refund.
• For group bookings, all participants must adhere to the agreed schedule.
• PT. Glowin Beauty Technology acts solely as an intermediary and does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or availability of services.
• Clients agree to hold PT. Glowin Beauty Technology harmless for dissatisfaction or disputes related to services.
• Service Providers are fully responsible for compliance with applicable professional and legal standards.

3.2 Service Provider Responsibilities:

• Provide services as described in their profile listed on PT. Glowin Beauty Technology.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Notify Clients and PT. Glowin Beauty Technology promptly about changes or cancellations.
• Service Providers have the right to refuse service if the Client's condition is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

3.3 PT. Glowin Beauty Technology Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between Clients and Service Providers.
• Manage payments and refunds as per these Terms.

4. Booking and Payment

1. All bookings must be made through the system provided by PT. Glowin Beauty Technology.
2. Clients are required to make full payment or as per the specified terms before the appointment.
3. Payment disputes must be reported to PT. Glowin Beauty Technology within [X] days of the transaction.
4. A booking is confirmed only after a deposit of [percentage]% of the total service cost is received.
5. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy (see Section 5).
6. The remaining payment must be settled no later than [number] days before the service schedule.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 By the Client:

• If the Client cancels an appointment, the 100% deposit will not be refunded.

5.2 By the Service Provider:

• Service Providers must notify Clients of cancellations at least 24 hours before the appointment.
• If the Service Provider cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative Service Provider will be arranged (if possible).
• PT. Glowin Beauty Technology will issue a full refund to the Client in such cases.
• PT. Glowin Beauty Technology may impose cancellation fees as outlined in the company policy.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

1. PT. Glowin Beauty Technology collects and processes personal data in accordance with its [Privacy Policy].
2. Clients and Service Providers consent to share relevant information to facilitate bookings and communication.

7. Prohibited Use

Users of PT. Glowin Beauty Technology are prohibited from:

1. Providing false or misleading information.
2. Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities.
3. Booking services directly outside PT. Glowin Beauty Technology to evade fees or commissions.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All content on PT. Glowin Beauty Technology's platform, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of PT. Glowin Beauty Technology. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
2. Clients agree that Service Providers may use images of the services (with Client consent) for portfolios, marketing, or promotional purposes.
3. If Clients do not want their images used, they must notify the Service Provider in writing before the scheduled service.

9. Dispute Resolution

1. Disputes between Clients and Service Providers should be resolved amicably.
2. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to PT. Glowin Beauty Technology for mediation.
3. PT. Glowin Beauty Technology's decision in disputes is final and binding.

10. Termination

1. PT. Glowin Beauty Technology reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access for violating these Terms.
2. Clients and Service Providers may close their accounts by notifying PT. Glowin Beauty Technology.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

PT. Glowin Beauty Technology may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of PT. Glowin Beauty Technology services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in DKI Jakarta.
